New Weight

It's been 3 weeks eating raw fruits and vegetables and I'm now down to 149lbs.

*Tanisha is very close to goal and loving the way her clothes fit.* LOL

I'm will work out today for 30mins., because I have too. I have to work tonight at the hospital, but I'll be ready to take care of business after I come home.

I'm going to try jicama potato salad today. I hope it tastes good.

14 Days Raw and Awesome

Today is day 14 of eating the raw food diet. I even tried raw tuna steaks. Delicious.

I know my flatulence is less, I had to print that.

My weight has dropped and now I'm close to 150lbs.

My new goal is bet. 125-130 on my 5ft 2' frame.

I eat all kinds of fruits and vegetables. I will post my receipe photos on my blog soon.
