It is time to bless the Lord with your bodies. Keeping them free of free radicals that damage cell walls.
My fast has restarted due to holiday junk food. Should of been stronger, but I wasn't and for that I am without excuse and greatly paying of it.
My fast consist of water/veggie juice and it ends Feb 20th.
