I work out 5-6 days a week at the gym where I train my body on cardio and weight machines. My favorite activities are boxing, kickboxing and volleyball. Find something athletic that you LOVE to do and you'll go far in your weight loss goals. And remember to eat healthy and move towards a more plant based diet to avoid continued doctor visits and prescribed medication.
On a journey to health and wealth. My diet is Rich in vitamins and minerals for not cooking most of my food and getting fit is what I do.

Raw Cheezy Cauliflower Rice
I made this out of Cauliflower processed in the food processor, adding lemon juice and olive oil to marinade for a few minutes, then i added Nutritional yeast, green onion, rosemary and chives as well as other spices.

FERMENTING TIME!!
I just started the Fermentation process of my vegetables. One of the best Probiotics you can get is from vegetables. Instead of buying supplements for digestive and gut health.
After 2 weeks of sitting on the counter,and some maintenance, they will taste cooked and they will be full of good gut health bacteria. To slow the process I just put it inside the refrigerator. It last for months. I usually eat 1/2 a cup per day.
I added, cabbage, parsley, garlic, onion, red bell pepper, celery, carrots, spices and water of course.

I'm BACK!! Sorry for the Delay...NEW POST
I would like to say that I am almost finished my 70 day Juice Fast. I am on day 59 and feeling FABULOUS!! I will be putting up a Face Book Page called Raw Fitness very soon and like this blog will be talking about fitness and eating a mostly raw food diet. I don't think I will ever give up steamed broccoli or an occasional vegan cake slice, but I know I will be 100% Raw most of the days of the year. I exercise almost daily..running, jogging, walking, boxing, kickboxing, HIIT workouts and I do use exercise DVD's at times.
Good Health will get you well and Bad Health will give you hell in your body. Its either healthy eating or popping pills daily. It's either move your body or lose it. You must eat to live and work to give your body what it needs. It will run as long as you run. It will jump as long as you jump. If you sit, it will sit and get sick.
Don't follow the crowd..don't follow your friends and family who are sluggish in well doing. If they support you great, but if they don't you have to be strong. Say, "No, this is my life and if you ain't with it, you are by yourself."
Live for you, Learn and Grow and Love more.
