3-Month Weight Lifting Regimen

Tomorrow I will start my Chalene Extreme 90 day workout DVDs again. I miss the feel of being sore. To me it meant that I am working my body to the max.

Today I asked my family where were my weights and they didn't know. I guess I have to start looking. Also I aced 25 push ups today and exhausted my abdominals. Awesome.

Today I weighed myself after cheating, which helped my plateau, I weighed 164lbs. 29lbs to go for my goal of 135lbs. I was 174 for over a month.

When you see that you've lost inches, you know the scale will budge one day. The key is to drink fluids throughout the day, drink more then you eat. Don't eat just before bedtime. If you get hunger pangs, a small fruit or small salad will help without adding the extra pounds. I do this.

Tomorrow will be Thursday, Feburary 11th, that I'll be starting Chalene Extreme again.

30 day Smoothie Extended

I'm smoothing for life really, but the 30 day smoothie challenge has been extended. It will end on March the 3rd.

Today I had a green smoothie, using collard greens and other fruits. Drincking at least 64ozs a day, which is filling.

I love this challenge.

I also make homemade soups, I just can't get adjusted to raw soup. It has to be good. I believe I need a raw food chef to come to my house.

I am exercising as always. I use variety, since my knees are still hurting from jumping up and down. I have accomplished 24 pushups. I knew when I last did them I could go past 20 but I stopped. When I reached 22, my back started to hurt in a good way. It didn't last though, I was was working them while pushing up. Ha Ha

I am avoiding the scale for a while, but I do see my itches melting away, expecially in my face, boobs and thighs.
