My Workout Schedule

As easy as it is, sweating is a must. It releases toxins and impurities. I workout 2  hrs a day 5 to 6 days a week. Since I have moved briefly to take care of family matters; a boxing gym is not within my reach, but I workout on the treadmill for 60 mins. on the highest incline, 15 and then I go on to the exercise bike or the elliptical machine to do 30 more mins. Then I use the weight machines for 15 to 20 mins and then I end it with strenuous abdominal work on the floor mat. I have never seen a six pack on my person and I can tell you that I don't really care if I get one. What counts is that I have a very flat tummy.

CONTINUING...

My Raw Food journey is at its highest. I am more healthy than I've ever been. My children aren't on this diet, since they are used to eating  meat.

I love eating this way and staying regular. Meat constipates you and provides protein and close to zero nutrients. Lately I have included Hemp and Chia seeds to my dishes and especially my dishes, starting with delicious smoothies.

Hemp seeds have so much vitamins and minerals and especially 9 essential Amino Acids. Its also an appetite suppressor. Chia has Amino Acids as well and are a dieters dream.

Raw Strawberry Cheesecake (non-dairy)

Raw Pecan Pie

I got this recipe from a book I purchased called "Eat Raw Eat Well" by Douglas McNish.

It is rich and delicious and not too sweet. I did add some maple syrup to pour on it. Yummy

I'm Posting Again

I am doing raw food diet for life at 75% on some days and 100% on others. I am socialable. I'm also working out again; this time at LA Boxing in Cherry Hill. I notice that I get great endurance when I eat and train and my body responds quickly.
