The rambutan is native to southeast Asia and is closely related to the lychee and longan. The skin is red and covered with hairy spines. The flesh is semi transparent or pale pink and has a mainly sweet flavor. The single seed is glossy brown and not edible.

Choco - nut Coconut Balls
Easy... 1/2 cup Almonds, 1/2 cup Cashews, 6 Medjool dates, 1 tbsp of cacao powder...put all ingredients in food processor and after 2-3 mins take 1 1/2 tbsp in your hand and roll it into a ball. Spread stredded coconut on plate and roll the ball until fully covered. Let sit in refrigerator for an hour til firm.

Easy Granola Bars
These Granola Bars I made are very moist and instead of using a dehydrator I just put them in the refrigerator until they hardened. The ingredients: organic shredded coconut, raw cashews and almonds, soy protein powder and medjool dates. They are naturally sweet and DELICIOUS!

Made Raw Parmesan Cheese - Almonds and Nutritional Yeast
