I decided to go on a weightloss challenge, which to me won't be much of one, because I love to drink smoothies. I'm always on the go and 30 days will get most of the weight off, plus exercise.
I'm so glad that I'm back smoothing. No eating, so this will be a cinch.
I binged for close to a week and now I'm 175lbs!!. Atkins. By the second day I ate something wrong. oh my. But I look much less, lost inches almost immediatly.
Every time I lose weight I'm going to blog to show how I'm doing.
I know alot of this is water, so most of it will come off fast.
My journey is so up and down. That's how weight loss is. Up and down. You try what works best. Atkins worked at that time and it didn't work this time. I know juicing and smoothing helped alot before. I just have to keep working out. I've been working doubles on my job and exercise helps to curve my appetite.
Once I loose this stomach, there is no turning back. I have to stop being used to it. My husband helps me think this way, because he's comfortable with his belly and tells me that I look great all the time. NOT!!!
