I am so proud of myself. For 30 days, I've been on a fruit/vegetable diet, including chips and plantians for treating myself. I ate them in various ways, so I was always satified.
My workouts have been going great. I started month 2 of Chalene Extreme, which is the Push Circuit.
Here are my 30 day results. The scale says the same 164. I am not discouraged, because I dropped a dress size.
From my head to my feet:
My face looks smaller and it's tighter. A little greasy because of potato chips/plaintains so on occasion I'll endulge in these delicious, non-nutritious items.
On occasion I will have meat and potatoes. Today I have a non-dairy, nut free, gluten & wheat free macaroon with hemp ice cream. Delicious.
My arms and breast are smaller. My collar bone shows more. My abs are smaller and alot stronger and my tire is getting smaller, my husband noticed before I did.
My butt has a lift. My hamstrings and glutes are tight, I can feel the muscle. Not surprising, I have always worked out.
My calves are leaner looking and my toes have less fat on them. LOL
In all I am always sore from my weight training and cardio 5 days a week. If I do more my body lets me know with a sharp pain somewhere in my body.
The best part of all is that my hour glass is coming and working out is definitely worth it.
